Which part of the annotated bibliography (summary, reflection, or evaluation) was the most challenging for you, and why? Explain how that challenge helped you grow as a researcher and how it will help you when writing your research paper.

Prompt Response: The most challenging part for me was the reflection. It was hard to clearly explain how the source connects to my research question instead of just repeating what the article said. I had to really think about what the information means and how I can use it in my paper. This challenge helped me get better at understanding my sources, not just reading them. It also will help me when writing my research paper because I’ll be able to connect my evidence back to my main idea more clearly and explain why it matters.

Summary: Today in class we work on our projects.

Reflection: I learned more about research for the projects.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.
