Prompt Response: Before, I would just type a topic into Google and click whatever showed up first. Now I know that using specific search phrases helps me get better results. It lets me find more accurate and useful information instead of random websites. It also saves time because I don’t have to search through so many pages. This strategy will make my research better and easier to understand.

Prompt Response: Our group made sure everyone was involved by talking together in class and checking in often.   Prompt Response:   One dream that felt real to me was my traveling adventure. I remember dreaming that I was exploring the world. I started at a pretty beach. I was playing in the water. It felt cool. Then, I was on a tall mountain. I walked near the edge. I slipped and fell. I felt myself fall off my bed. I woke up fast. The fall made the dream feel so real. Prompt Response:   As the first semester comes to an end, I can honestly say I’ve grown a lot in this class. What I enjoyed most was getting to read different types of poems and discussions about new things related to the real worlds. The assignment I found most engaging was the cultural Mask projects because they helped me express my thoughts, become more confident in my ethnicity and get to know all my classmates more. I connected the most with the poems analyzing and writing bloggers since I liked analyzing characters. Moving into the spring semester, I think I need to work on improving my grammar and writing essays and thesis so my writing can be clearer and stronger.
