How has completing the annotated bibliography changed or clarified your understanding of your research topic? Discuss how your sources connect to one another and how they are shaping your argument moving forward.

Prompt Response: Doing the annotated bibliography helped me understand my topic better because I had to really read and think about each source. Before, I only had a basic idea, but now I see the topic more clearly. My sources connect because they talk about similar things, like causes, effects, and results of the issue. Some give facts, and others explain opinions or studies, but together they support each other. This is helping me figure out my main argument and what points I should focus on.

Summary: Today in class we work on our projects.

Reflection: I learned more about cosmetic surgery from the projects.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.
