Prompt Response: The hardest part of working in a group is when one person does not help at all. In one group project, one of my group members did not want to do any work. They did not reply to messages and did not finish their part. As the deadline got close, the rest of us had to do their work so we could turn in the project. It was stressful and felt unfair. From this experience, I learned that it is important to talk early, divide the work clearly, and ask the teacher for help if someone is not doing their part.

Prompt Response: Our group made sure everyone was involved by talking together in class and checking in often. We split the work so each person had something to do, like finding sources or writing a part. We made sure everyone understood their job. While working, we would ask each other how it was going and help if someone was confused. If someone was falling behind, we would remind them in a respectful way.
