What is the most challenging part of writing an essay for you? Is it brainstorming, organizing ideas, writing a strong thesis, or something else? How do you plan to overcome this challenge?

Prompt Response: The most challenging part of writing an essay for me is organizing my ideas. I usually have a lot of thoughts, but they feel messy in my head. Sometimes I’m not sure what should come first or what details are most important. To overcome this, I plan to make a simple outline before I start writing. Writing down my main points in order helps me stay focused and makes the essay easier to finish.

Summary: Today in class I worked on a common Lit.

Reflection: I learned more about  rhetorical analysis.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.

As you grow older and face new experiences, what issue or topic do you think you'll have to stand up and debate most often, whether with friends, family, or society?
