Use a hyperbole, an understatement, and a litotes to describe today's lesson.

Prompt Response: Today’s lesson felt like a million things to remember (hyperbole). We talked about hyperbole, understatement, and litotes the whole time. It was a little interesting, but not too exciting (understatement). The examples helped me understand better. By the end, it was not hard to understand how the three devices work (litotes).

Summary: Today in class we worked on hyperbole, understatement and litotes.

Reflection:  I learned about three new literary devices.
