Prompt Response: I took a break from social media even though I used it every day. I felt tired and distracted from being on my phone too much. I stopped using it during my final tests so I could focus better on studying. During the break, I felt calmer and could pay more attention to my work. After the tests, I went back to social media but used it less and felt much better.

I think this is important because it affects people’s confidence and how they see themselves. It shows that the way society defines beauty can be unrealistic and harmful. Prompt Response: Our group made sure everyone was involved by talking together in class and checking in often. We split the work so each person had something to do, like finding sources or writing a part. We made sure everyone understood their job. While working, we would ask each other how it was going and help if someone was confused. If someone was falling behind, we would remind them in a respectful way. This helped us stay on track and made sure everyone did their part. Summary: Today in class we work on gathering evidence from our sources. Reflection: I learned team work is dream work.
