As we think about our upcoming Vocabulary Monday, tell me what is your favorite word RIGHT NOW? Why is it your faovorite word and how often do you use it?

Prompt Response: My favorite word right now is "coalesce." It means to come together or join. I like it because it shows how different things can mix to make something new and better. I use it sometimes when i work in groups. Our ideas can join together to make a good plan. It's a good word for working together and being united.

Reflection: This project reminds me of all the good memories of my childhood.

Prompt Response: Our group made sure everyone was involved by talking together in class and checking in often. We split the work so each person had something to do, like finding sources or writing a part. We made sure everyone understood their job. While working, we would ask each other how it was going and help if someone was confused. If someone was falling behind, we would remind them in a respectful way. This helped us stay on track and made sure everyone did their part. Summary: Today in class we work on gathering evidence from our sources. Reflection: I learned team work is dream work.
