Write about a time you did something out of the norm. What was it and how did people react?

Prompt Response: One day, I decided to plant a small vegetable garden in my living room. Most people don’t do indoor gardening, so it was pretty unusual. My friends were curious and thought it was funny. I enjoyed taking care of the plants and watching them grow. It was a fun way to try something different. It made me happy to see nature inside my home.

Summary: Today in class we will do an assignment about Emily Dickinson's poetry.

Reflection: We learn how to find the meaning of a poem.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.
