Think about your experience using GALILEO to find sources. How was this different from how you have searched for information in the past? Explain how using specific search strategies and evaluating sources impacted the quality of what you found.

Prompt Response: Using GALILEO felt different from how I usually search for information. Before, I would just type something into Google and click on the first links I saw without thinking much. With GALILEO, I had to use better keywords and search in a smarter way. This helped me find information that was more clear and more about my topic. I also checked who wrote the source and if it could be trusted. Because of this, the information I found was better and more correct. It helped me understand my topic more easily.

Summary: Today in class we did some research projects.

Reflection: I learned to get more information for the project.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.
